Dola Hill Mall is located on a plot numbered LK-1001817/1 along the Ndola-Kitwe dual-carriage road, next to the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium and opposite to the Protea Hotel Ndola. Dola Hill Mall will offer a wide range of quality and affordable products to customers. The project created more than 500 jobs.

The foundation stone laying ceremony was held on May 5, 2016. The President of Zambia cut the ribbon in person. Political dignitaries including Cabinet Ministers, Deputy Cabinet Ministers, Provincial Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, District Commissioner, and His Highness Chief Chiwala of Copper Belt Province and His Highness Chief Mumena of North West Province attended the ceremony.
